A Guest is defined as a spouse (with no professional affiliation), parents, or child (18 years or older) of the paper/poster presenter at the IMRC 2025. Children under the age of 18 do not require a badge but must be supervised at all times.
Guests are not permitted to attend any conference sessions, workshops, events at any time, for any reason. They can attend the session of their associated paper/poster presenter only.
Only one (1) guest is allowed to accompany the paper/poster presenter at IMRC 2025. They have access to:
- The Exhibit Space
- All tea/coffee breaks, Lunch on Dec 5-6-7, 2025, and Conference Dinner on Dec 6, 2025
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in designated areas
If a guest wishes to attend sessions, they must be fully registered for the IMRC 2025. Any violations of this policy may lead to removal from the conference and could be referred for formal ethics review.
Guests must wear their official conference guest badge at all times to access the Exhibit Space, Tea/coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner, and Networking Space. Individuals without a valid badge will be required to provide proof of registration or complete on-site registration. Guest registration is valid for all three (3) days of the conference.
